We just got back from getting her out of ER. It didn't help that I had gotten stuck at my day-job for over an hour past my nominal departure time. It took a bit of work, but I was able to move the modem/router/VoIP equipment so that the wi-fi now reaches the one bedroom. Thanks to a few naps, I was able to work my new Wed/Thur day-job shifts reasonably well. The problem seems to be that now my body's confused as to what its correct rhythm should be. Yeah, I know it's not a good idea to get up at 3 when I have to work until 1:30am tomorrow... but I don't have a whole lot of control over my sleeping. Besides, I think I got seven uninterrupted hours of sleep, so it's not entirely terrible. So, I'll just have to deal with the jet lag. {sigh}

To mix memes, Belkin (the router company) has been having a Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Very Bad Day. I've actually been tangentially involved in helping to get this resolved, (from home, no less), but it's far from over.
